What are activation credits?
Activation credits are used to keep track of billing. These keep track of how many users you are allowed to activate telephony for.
What happens if I do not have credits?
Your portal will be limited to read only, and you will not be able to click on any buttons. You will also see a similar message.
How do I get more credits?
You can go to the left hand side and click 'Get Tokens' to request more.
You will be presented with a token request form which asks for a PO number, and the number of tokens your requesting. Providing a PO number will speed up the process with your partner.
Clicking 'Buy Tokens' will send a request to your partner where they will be able to quickly approve your token request and process your PO.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email and see the purchase go into your 'Purchases' sidebar.
You will now also see the change reflected in your user section.
