How does Trifecta Teams Work?
Trifecta Teams is a platform to manage Microsoft Teams Operator Connect, Calling Plans, Direct Routing,
and it's telephony settings. Microsoft has ways to manage some features, but they do not provide the same tools
and features for Direct Routing and the Teams admin portal is clunky and throws errors.
The Trifecta Teams platform works out all of the difficult programming and complicated Microsoft back end to provide you the tools to easily manage and monitor your Microsoft Phone system functionality.

We personally find that Direct Routing is more affordable and gives
you a better return value on your phone system. All you need to get
started is your Microsoft Login credentials and the appropriate
permissions.
