What is required for Trifecta Teams to Work?
The following requirements we need from you in order to be able to
activate the dial pad, and get the Microsoft phone system setup. The dial pad will allow the user to make calls to
mobiles and landlines.
Partner
If you are interested in hosting your own connection to Microsoft, then please reach out to us here so we can discuss your business needs. Otherwise, you will require a partner, and they will allow you to use their phone hardware to connect your Microsoft Teams to your Office 365 tenant.
Global Admin Account Configured
The global admin account allows us to configure your partner's domain in your Office 365 and the basic telephone framework for the connection between Microsoft and your telephone equipment.
Automation Wizard
The Trifecta Teams automation wizard will appear when you login as a global admin. We will walk you through each step required to get your Microsoft phone system fully configured. Including setting up the phone system, rules, emergency 911, and network details for reporting.
