Let's first login to the Trifecta Teams app portal with our Microsoft credentials.

Once we are logged in, we will want to go to Users to see the list of people in our company.
We first want to make sure that we have
activation credits
available to proceed with our change.
If we are at zero or below, then we will need to purchase more credits. Otherwise, Let's find out user and click edit.
At this point we want to decide if we want to enable the voicemail and
decide what calling permissions we want to assign to the user.

For my test user, I am going to enable voicemail and Choose a phone
number from the list. If you do not have any phone numbers, then please
check this article out.

Now we want to choose 'Tenant Dial Plan' which helps us identify our
location. After all of our settings have been set, you will see
something similar to the above image.

Go to the bottom of the edit card and click Save.
You will now see the new changes show up in your User section. As of now
the change is being pushed to Microsoft. You will not see the changes
in your Teams client between 5-15 minutes on average. We've seen a delay of up to 60 minutes if the Office 365 tenant is busy.
